To the Sartin family, each of you have my deepest sympathy and prayers in the loss of Mr. Sartin. Mr. and Mrs. Sartin were neighbors of my family, Maxine and John Williams, in Park Place One. Such a nice couple, always there to help with a huge smile or just to say "Hello". My family (parents) and I were very fortunate not only to know them but to classify them as friends. Mr. Sartin had the most beautiful smile and laugh. Such a fine man.
