Ethel Marie O'Quinn June 5, 1923 - October 8, 2013

Ethel Marie O'Quinn, age 90 passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Pelican Bay Assisted Living Center. Ethel was born in Port Arthur, Texas on June 5, 1923 to Wilbur (Pete) and Augustine Bergeron Hilton. Ethel was a life long resident of Port Arthur and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Chester O'Quinn , her parents and one son Randy O'Quinn. Ethel is survived by her sons, Mike and wife Linda Yentzen O'Quinn and Dennis O'Quinn both of Hemphill, Texas, Jimmy and wife Stacy Latimer O'Quinn of Beaumont, Texas and Tim and wife Denise Williams O' Quinn of Groves, Texas and daughter, Connie Melancon and husband Lynn of Little Cypress, Texas, sister Patsy O'Quin of Orangefield, Texas. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 11, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port Arthur with entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The O'Quinn family extends thier sincerest appreciation to the staff of Pelican Bay Assisted Living Center in Beaumont for the care, love and support provided over the past several months for our mom, dad and family.
