Cheryl Ann Rivas August 2, 1946 - February 24, 2014

Cheryl Ann Pinell Rivas age 67 of Port Arthur passed away on Monday, February 24,2014 at her residence. She was born in Port Arthur to Claude and Ruth Reese Pinell, Jr. on August 2, 1946. Cheryl Ann was a life long resident of Port Arthur, she was employed at WalMart in the floral department until she retired. Cheryl Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Pinell, husband, Ronnie Rivas and brother, Joe Pinell. Survivors are her father, C.J. Pinell, Jr. of Port Arthur, sons, Paul and his wife Heather Vaughn of The Woodlands, Texas, Eric and his wife Deborah Vaughn of Vidor, Texas, daughter, Traci and her husband Robert Doan of Colmesneil, Texas, 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 6,2014 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M., with a Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home with cremation entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Home.
