Johnny Louviere August 26, 1952 - April 17, 2014

John "Johnny" Louviere, 61, of Sabine Pass, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 26, 1952 to Carol Mudd Louviere and Robert Joseph Louviere in Port Arthur, Texas. Johnny was a lifelong resident of Sabine Pass. He owned and operated the Sabine Food Store for 10 years. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 9:00 AM Monday, April 21, 2014 till 10:00 AM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Memorial service will be at 10:00 AM in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Private graveside rites will be in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Debbie Louviere. He is survived by his wife, Penny Louviere of Port Arthur, his daughters, Jeanie Louviere Kinnett of Port Neches, Megan Louviere Anderle and husband, Nelson of Nederland, Texas, his six grandchildren, Destine Kinnett, Peyten Kinnett, Donald Kinnett, Taryn Brunet, Addalyn Anderle and Kaitlyn Anderle. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry Louviere and wife, Jane of Houston, David Louviere and wife, Rhonda of Groves, Stephen Louviere of Nederland, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
