My Dad told me many stories about Carroll. From Ocean Springs, MS with the GIAFAGLIONE's family, to Milwaukee at HD Knutson Brothers. Dad worked with Carroll, and Carroll road some of my Dad's bikes. I wish I could remember more of their stories together and regret never having met Carroll to hear his memories. My Dad, "Bud" Holzschuh, past on almost exactly two year before Carroll. If any family member has memories to share, I would love to hear them, and share mine too. My best wishes to the family.

Carroll Resweber, was. without a doubt, the greatest Dirt-Track racer of all time; period. To watch him race on a dirt tract was an unbelievable experience. Additionally, he was a "clean" racer. Never one to knock someone out of the way, etc. Sure...Dick Mann, Kenny Roberts, & others were great; however Carroll was the greatest of them all! GODSPEED CARROLL! ! !
