Tommy passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015 at his residence in Huffman, TX. He was born July 27, 1931 to Rene and Ruth Trahan in Beaumont, TX. Tommy was raised in Silsbee, TX. Tommy proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. He was an avid golfer and was recognized for 10 holes in one. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents and a wife, Eva Trahan. He is survived by his sons, Curt Trahan of Nederland, TX, Mark Trahan of Huffman, TX; daughter, Cindy Welch of Liberty Hill, TX; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves, TX. Funeral service will be on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Clayton Thompson with Rev. Kevin Badeaux officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
