Gil and Daniel Im hoping to convey my sense of loss for you. I have sweet loving memories of a gentle man with a sincere smile. Uncle Gilbert is in my very earliest memories along with his Peugeot! I can remember him letting me just sit in his car to make me happy. That is a memory from about three years old! Love you both and pray for comfort and peace during this time.

To the Davis family, please accept my deepest sympathy and prayers during your time of loss and sorrow. I met Gilbert in the middle 40s at Fourth Ave. Baptist Church in Port Arthur, TX. He was a good man and a wonderful friend. May he rest in Gods hand.

Gil, Daniel, Betty Sue and other family members, I am so sorry to learn of Gilberts passing. My memories will always be of him making us kiddos laugh. He was a "fun" uncle and I loved his sense of humor. Ill cherish these memories of him. I will be keeping all of you in my prayers and praying for God to provide you the peace you need now and in the future. May you be comforted knowing that he has met Jesus face to face and is now forever rejoicing in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Love and sincere condolences to you all.
