Geraldine Kay Arthur November 14, 1952 - October 30, 2015

Geraldine Kay Arthur, 62, of Hamshire, Texas passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. She was born on November 14, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin. Geraldine has been a resident of the area since 1986. She worked as a waitress for over 30 years with several local restaurants. She is preceded in death by her parents and her eight siblings as well as her husband, Gerald Arthur in 2001 along with her companion, Carl "Hank" Bruce in 2014. She is survived by her four sons, Timothy Hill and his wife, Misti of Groves, Texas, Kenny Hill of Louisville, Kentucky, Mark Madigan of Atascosita, Texas, Frank Arthur and his wife, Sarah of Lafayette, Georgia, her six grandchildren, Gage Hill, Zachary Hill, Mark Madigan, Jr., Kotey Hill, Aiden Arthur and Emilee Arthur with one great grandchild, Charli Hill on the way. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves. A Memorial service will be held at a later date in Hamshire. Her ashes will be buried in Madison, Wisconsin.
