Sharon "Sherry" Arnaud Fontenot November 24, 1953 - July 22, 2016

Sharon “Sherry” Arnaud Fontenot, 62, of Orange, Texas passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Baptist Beaumont Hospital in Beaumont.

She was born on November 24, 1953 to Estelle Schnell Kimball and Ivy L. Kimball in Port Arthur, Texas. Sherry was a lifelong resident of the area. She graduated from Port Neches Groves High School in 1971. Sherry worked as a supervisor for a Janitorial service company for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sherry is survived by her two sons, Cory Arnaud and wife, Crystal of Katy, Texas, Chad Arnuad of Orange, Texas, her four grandchildren, Ryan Daggett, Kylie, Korielee and Kensley Arnaud all of Katy, Texas.

She is also survived by her sisters, Jan Stroder and husband, Robert of Port Neches, Texas, Kim Ratcliff of Austin, Texas and Connie Roy of Kentucky along with several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to honor Sherry’s life will be celebrated at 6:00 PM Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves with Rev. Richard Turner, pastor at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Groves, officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 5:00 PM Thursday until service time. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves.
