Chris Brandon Theriot June 1, 1953 - September 25, 2016

Chris Brandon Theriot, 63, of Groves, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

He was born on June 1, 1953 to JoAnn Dutton Theriot and Carl G. Theriot, Sr. in Port Arthur, Texas. Chris was a lifelong resident of the area.

Chris is survived by his two daughters, Sabrina Theriot of Beaumont, Tiffany Ellis and her husband, Michael of Washington, DC, four grandchildren and his brother, Carl Theriot and his wife, Mary of Missouri along with nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson.

So sorry to hear about Chris's passing. Haven't seen him since a few years after high school graduation. He was a great guy. Many memories of pulling along side him on the port Arthur drag. Between him and his brother they had the hottest cars out there.even go cart A big thing for the guys. Great memories. My prayers to the family.

Chris was a business man. He was highly intellectual, confident, bold, strong and brave. He was very handsome and masculine. He worked hard and demanded perfection. He loved God, his family and church family . He was a great boss, brother, son, father, grandfather, friend and lover. I loved him and I will miss his stunning blue eyes and laughter .
