Margaret Carr Eliasson September 11, 1920 - March 14, 2017

Margaret Carr Eliasson, 96, went to her Heavenly rest on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

Margaret was a lifelong resident of the Port Arthur and Groves area. She had a wonderful sense of humor and she loved to laugh, even sometimes at her own expense.

Margaret is survived by her daughters, Linda Carr Weber and husband, Fritz of Sugar Land, TX and Cindy Carr Harrison of Conroe, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer Nava of Sugar Land, TX, Ryan Harrison of Magnolia, TX, Clay Harrison of Georgetown, TX and great grandson, Robbie Nava of Sugar Land, TX. She is also survived by her cousins and dear friends, Val and Marceline Fey and her caretaker of 13 years, Annie Charlot.

A 1 PM Christian Burial Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home, with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service time. Celebrant will be Rev. J. C. Coon. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
