Esmond James "Jimmy" Hebert May 2, 1952 - April 24, 2017

Esmond James “Jimmy” Hebert, 64, of Groves, Texas passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

He was born on May 2, 1952 to Annie Mae Duhon Hebert and Esmond Hebert in Port Arthur, Texas. Jimmy was a lifelong resident of the area. He was working as an operator with Chevron/Valero for the last 35 years. Jimmy was affiliated with the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, Yvonne Everage and Howard Chapman and two nephews and his first wife, Frances.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Ngoc Vinh Hebert of Groves, step daughter, Hannah Truong of Houston, step granddaughter, Tiffany Hoang of Houston, his brother, Earl Chapman of Dallas,his niece, Paula Kaye Chapman of Houston and his nephews, James Allen Chapman of Pasadena, Robert Chapman of Groves, Curtis Case of Beaumont, Kreg Chapman, Keith Chapman and Kevin Chapman all of Dallas along with several great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves. A graveside service to bury his cremains will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Clayton Thompson.
