Marcos Serna, Jr., 46, of Port Arthur, passed away on September 18, 2017.

Marcos was born on June 10, 1971, in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a lifelong area resident and worked as an X-Ray Technician at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

He is survived by his mother, Lucila Serna; two brothers, Carlos, and wife Courtney, and Ricardo, and wife, Leslie; three nephews, Noah, Jonah and Caleb Serna.

He is preceded in death by his father, Marcos Serna, Sr..

A visitation will be held from 5pm until 8 pm on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home, with a rosary to be prayed at 6 pm at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 10 am at St. Therese, The Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church in Port Acres. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens in Nederland.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Marcos may be made to a charity of your choice.
