Dorothy Mae Henderson September 29, 1936 - February 22, 2018

Dorothy Mae Henderson, 81, of Sulphur, LA, formerly of Port Neches, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Landmark Nursing Home of Lake Charles.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roul and Bernice (Trahan) Simon; her husband, Malcolm Vernon Henderson; her son, Scott James Henderson; her son in law, Gary Frith; her brother in law, Raymond Boudreaux.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Vicki Lynn Frith of Sulphur, LA; her brothers, Raywood Simon and his wife, Mary, Thomas Simon and his wife, Melissa all of Groves, TX; her sister, Ruby Boudreaux of Sulphur , LA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn Frith, Gary James Frith, II; nieces and nephews, Brian Simon, Cody Simon, Trina Palermo, Misty Craigen, Ryan Boudreaux and Ron Boudreaux.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 2 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home, with a gathering of family and friends from 12 PM until service time. Celebrant will be Rev. J.C. Coon. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
