Obituary
Lily Mae Duhon was born in Abbeville, LA to Ora and Elmire Stelly. In 1951, she married Dorris Duhon and moved to Port Arthur, TX, where she was a long-time school crossing guard with the PAPD and a softball coach at the Bellaire Girls Softball Fields. In 1994, she moved to Arlington, TX, where she continued work as a crossing guard.
Lily Mae was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and all seven of her siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Princelett Duhon and Dorzanna Schrader (Merle), her grandchildren, Jared, Joshua (Rachel), Jenna (Micheal), Clint, and Elyse, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM with a rosary for Lily Mae to be prayed at Clayton-Thompson Funeral Home at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at St. Catherine’s Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
