Frank Lee Martinez, 83, of Deer Park, Texas passed away at HCA Sooutheast Hospital in Baytown.
He was born in Beaumont, Texas and worked for Sabine Towing Company.
Visitation will be on March 10, 2023 from 4:00 PM till 5:00 PM with a Memorial service at 5:00 PM Friday at Breath of Life Church, 3700 Proctor Street, Port Arthur, Tx. 77642. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves.
