Geraldine Hawsey

February 4, 1918 - March 5, 2009

"Jerry" passed away on March 5, 2009 at the age of 91 at Magnolia Manor in Groves. Jerry was a life long resident of Port Arthur. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Fred C. Hawsey. She was a member of The United Methodist Temple of Port Arthur. In 1981 she was elected by The American Business Women's Association as the chapter women of the year. She is survived by her son Joe D. and his wife Cookie Hawsey of Groves, Brother Bubba and his wife Jean Andrews of Orange. Grandchildren, Michael and his wife Melissa Hawsey of Groves, Jodee and her husband Warren Jones of Pearland, Great Grandchild C.J. Howton, and Step Great Grandchildren Rachael and Jordan Jones.
