Rena Angelle Guidry

Rena Angelle Guidry, 89, of Port Arthur passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. She was born November 12, 1919 in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana to Helen Benoit Angelle and Bertrand Angelle. Rena has been a resident of the Port Arthur area since she was 15 years old. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, an avid bowler that participated in several regional and state tournaments and loved to play bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Minos Guidry. She is survived by her daughters Audrey Trant and husband Gary of Groves, Texas, Vicki Robison and husband Lofton of Groves, Texas, four grandchildren Terren Robison and wife Jennifer of Groves, Texas, Jeremy Robison and wife Visa of Beaumont, Texas, Greg Trant and wife Laura of McKinney, Texas, Bert Trant of League City, Texas, eight great grandchildren, sister Genevivie Hollier and husband Curtis of Groves, Texas.
