Phillip Irving Loupe, 69, of Orange passed away on Tuesday February 9, 2010 at his home. He was born May 19, 1940 to Lottie Harding Loupe and Roy Loupe in Bridge City, Texas. He has been a lifelong resident of the area. Phillip earned an a Associate Degree in Electronics from Lamar University. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from Texaco as an electrician after 25 years of service. Phillip was affiliated with I. B. E. W. and N. R. A. and was an avid gun collector. He is survived by his significant other, Ellen Loupe Fawvor, his daughter, Jan Bryce of Groves, his two sons, Thomas Loupe and wife Emily of Austin, Mark Loupe and wife Kim of Groves, two grandchildren Hunter and Hailey Loupe. He is also survived by his sisters Denise Domino and Dedra Drennen both of Phoenix, Arizona, Debra Bergeron of Houston and his brother Steven Loupe of Santa Fe, New Mexico along with numerous nieces and nephews.
