Paul Samuel Brown, 90, of Beaumont, TX, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at his home. Mr. Brown was born on June 17, 1920 to E. T. and Hazel Brown in Pittsburgh, P A. He married Mildred Markle on March 7, 1942 in Pittsburgh. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Port Arthur, TX. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. Paul proudly served his country in the Army during WWII. He retired from Gulf Oil Refinery as a boilermaker in 1981. His wife, parents, and 5 brothers preceded Paul in death. He is survived by his daughters Jacqueline Bonura of Beaumont, TX and Janice Watkins and her husband Mitchell of Beaumont, TX; grandchildren Kristin Byars and her husband Richard of Beaumont, Steven Bonura and his wife Tina of Lake Charles, LA; James and Jorge Watkins of Beaumont; great-grandchildren Stephanie, Jenna & Andie McCain of Beaumont; Joshua & Gracie Byars of Beaumont; Wesley and Matthew Paul Bonura of Lake Charles. He is also survived by his precious dog, My Girl. Donations may be made to MD Anderson, Harbor Hospice House of Beaumont or The Humane Society of Southeast Texas in memory of Paul S. Brown.
