Bryan Lindsey Crouch died peacefully in his sleep on May 31st, 2011. Born October 20, 1953 to Reba Cain and James William Crouch, Jr., Bryan grew up in Port Arthur and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He went on to earn a B.A. From the University of Texas in Austin. He was preceeded in death by his father and by his first wife, Beth Hanson Crouch along with his faithful Queensland Heeler, Mick. He is survived by his wife, Pam Crouch and their Boston Terrier, Walter, along with her daughter and son in law Colleen and Robby Mcready and grandaughter Aubrey Eileen, his mother, Reba Cain Crouch and brothers Jim and wife Donia and Greg and wife Dawn. He is also survived by aunts and uncles: Lillian Cain and Buddy Williams, James Milton Cain, Topsey Crouch and nieces and nephews Daniel, Lindsey, Will Crouch, Donia and Taylor Brown and Michael, James, Matthew and Ella Crouch as well as numerous cousins and Mary Crouch. The youngest of three brothers, Bryan was co-owner of the family business, Crouch Insurance Agency, Inc. A lifelong lover of blues music, he was especially fond of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Sam Cooke and was best known for his sense of humor, generous spirit and soft heart. The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses at M.D. Anderson, hospice, and his devoted employees, Jackie, Cathy and Debbie.
