Lucy Bell Dugas

Lucy Bell Dugas, age 96 passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. She was the daughter of Louisa and Pierre LeBlanc. She is survived by: John and Jeanette Whitten, Ethel Granger, Jerry and Karen Haines, Stephen and Chere Dugas. Four generations of grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
