Florence Aline Patin

Florence Aline Patin, 86, of Groves, Texas passed away at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont on Friday, November 30, 2012. She was born on October 5, 1926 in Port Arthur, Texas and was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. Aline retired from P.A.I.S.D. and owned and operated Patin's Orchids in Port Arthur and Green Glen Nursery in Groves with her husband James L. "Jimmie" Patin, who preceded her in death. Aline is survived by her daughter, Judy Patin of Jackson, Mississippi, her son, James L. "Butch" Patin, Jr. and wife Carol of Lake Limestone, Texas, her grandson, Jeremy Patin and wife Rebecca and son, Joe of Port Arthur, Texas, her granddaughter, Jennifer Seegers and husband Jeff and daughter Kaliegh Patin of Port Arthur, Texas, her sister, Billie Irwin of Bishop, Texas and Randy Foreman who she loved liked a son. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson.
