Maria Guadalupe Guerrero, 38, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. She was born on December 20, 1975 to Juana Villareal and Fortunato Guerrero in Monterrey, Mexico. Maria was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic faith. Visitation will be on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Port Arthur with Rev. Urbano Saénz Ramirez, O. S. A. serving as celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Port Arthur. She is survived by her husband, Facundo Mondragon of Beaumont, Texas, her daughter, Vanessa Gonzales of Port Arthur, Texas, her two sons, Fernando Gonzales and Gerardo Gonzales of Port Arthur, Texas, her three sisters, Luz Ramirez of Mexico, Yolando Fraire of Monterrey, Mexico and Leticia Alejandre of Nederland, Texas, her two brothers, Lupe Guerrero of Mexico and Gerardo Guerrero of Port Arthur, Texas, several nieces and nephews.
