Lela Mae Mouton, age 87 of Port Arthur passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015. She was born in Port Arthur on October 9, 1927 to Henry and Cecile Billeaud Reaux. Lela was a life long resident of Port Arthur she was a homemaker and a graduate of St. Mary Catholic School and was a member of St. Theresa, Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church. Lela was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edmund John Mouton in 2010, and sister, Juanita Johnston. She is survived by her son, Todd and his wife Janice Mouton of Groves, daughters, Deborah and husband Ronald Leonard of Bridge City, Cindy and husband David Linder of Beaumont, Kim and husband Gary Trotter of Pegram, Tn. Grandchildren, Chad and Troy McNiel, Christopher Leonard, Melissa Evans, Kristie Corley, Kandi Creamer, Brent and Aaron Trotter, Chelsey and Ashley Mouton and 8 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be prayed at 6:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Thompson Memorial Chapel of Clayton Thompson with entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
