Daniel Molina Sr., age 85 passed away on May 6, 2015. He was the son of of Alfonso and Camila Molina. He was born on October 5, 1929 in Pespire, Honduras. He married the love of his life Domiltila and moved to Port Arthur, Texas with their young family. He worked as a seaman and on the railroad before he opened his own business as a mechanic. This was a trade he had loved since he was a young boy in Honduras. Daniel's Garage was in business for over 40 years. His other passion was fishing and would do so with friends on his beloved boat. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Domiltila Molina; son, Cesar Molina; sisters, Blanca, América and Elena; brothers, Alfonso, Augusto, Eugenio, Hector and Virgilio. He is survived by two sisters, Regina Montoya of La Ceiba, Honduras and Dora Molina of Tegucigalpa, Honduras; three sons, Hector Molina and his wife Julie, Eddie Molina and his wife Rosa, Danny Molina and his wife Shelley; one daughter Judy Perello and her husband Ruben; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home from 5-8 PM. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 6 PM at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, May 11, 2015 at St. Peter Catholic Church with Rev. J.C. Coon serving as celebrant. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
