Margaret Mae Rucker

Margaret Mae Jenkins Rucker, 84, of Groves, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at her home.

She was born on December 14, 1931 to Bessie Shadwick Jenkins and Butch Jenkins in Arkansas. She has been a resident of Groves for most of her life. Margaret was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Groves.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Larry Rucker and her loving husband, Charles King Rucker, Jr.

Margaret is survived by her three sons, Tommy Rucker and wife, Angela of Mauriceville, Jerry Rucker of Groves, Grady Rucker and wife, Marla of Groves, her six grandchildren, Maegan Rucker, Malorie Rucker, Abbie Rucker, Charles King Rucker III, Scott Hughes, Rusty Campbell and one great granddaughter, Aubrielle.

She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Birdie and her niece, Margaret Ann.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland under the direction of Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves.
