Patsy Julia O'Quin

April 3, 1932 - July 2, 2017

Patsy Julia O'Quin passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 in Beaumont, TX at the age of 85.

Patsy was born April 3, 1932 in Port Arthur, Texas to Wilbur Albert Hilton and Augustine (Bergeron) Hilton. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Mary's Catholic Church and graduated from Bishop Byrne High School, both in Port Arthur, Texas.

Besides cooking, baking and traveling with family and friends, Patsy was a very loving and giving person who was always ready to help and made an impact on everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse, Jr., daughter Terri Jean, and grandsons Aaron Baird and Gerus Howell Davis. She is survived by her daughters Brenda Wooldridge and husband Quinn of Katy, Texas, Julia Winter and husband Denny and Gail McKitrick and husband Robert both of Orange, Texas, as well as her granddaughters Christine McCain and husband Reuben, and Tamara Wooldridge, great grandchildren Amelia and Sarah McCain, and Michael Wooldridge, all of Katy, Texas.  She is also survived by her beloved sister-in-law Mary O'Quin Meyer along with many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.

The family would like to extend a special thanks for the love and care given to Patsy at Pelican Bay Assisted Living, her home in Beaumont, Texas, for the last three years of her life.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 6 from 1pm till 2 pm with service to follow at 2pm at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
